Maine Chiropractic Health Clinic started in 1991. From the beginning it was our very first mission to work as a team with local physicians in order to insure a continuity of care with the Primary health care provider. The office grew rapidly while achieving a solid reputation among the Lewiston/Auburn health care providers.
Advanced Spine Care opened its doors in the fall of 2006 for the treatment of painful disc disorder.This is achieve with traction or spinal decompression best known as IDD therapy.
In order to improve soft tissue injury such as muscle or ligament strain, Laser therapy was added to the list of service in 2008. Luc and Lyne Dionne are the owners/operators of Advanced Spine Care.
Dr. Dionne completed his bachelor's degree in science at C.E.G.E.P. de Limoilou in Quebec, Canada. He then entered Palmer Chiropractic University where in 1989 he completed a doctorate degree in chiropractic and then practiced for a year in Montmagny, Quebec, Canada as an associate doctor.
In 1990, Dr. Dionne was certified in chiropractic care by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He obtained his Maine state license in 1991. Later in 1995, he completed a comprehensive chiropractic managed care program and became board certified in disability by the American Board of Disability Analyst.
The staff of Maine Chiropractic & Advanced Spine Care are very knowledgeable in chiropractic, Laser and IDD therapy.
Our Approach
Our practice emphasizes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of spinal injuries. We utilize a multitude of diagnostic tests and treatments on patients depending on their particular problem. Our objective is to develop a personalized program for each patient that will maximize their recovery.
Luc J. Dionne
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Dionne graduated from Palmer College Chiropractic in December of 1989 with a Bachelor degree in Health Science in addition to a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. The following year he completed an internship working for his father in Montmangny, Quebec. Dr. Dionne has been happily married to wife Lyne Dionne for twenty-five years, together they have two children, Claudia and Nicholas. In his spare time Dr. Dionne enjoys spending time with his family, snowmobiling in Northern Maine, and traveling to Canada.

Office Manager, Insurance Billing
Lyne has been working for Maine Chiropractic for 23 years as an Office Manager. Lyne obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Laval Quebec, however decided to modify her career path not long after when she experienced the joy of helping others. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. Lyne has been married for twenty-five years and has two children, Claudia and Nicholas.
Terry Webber
Chiropractic Assistant and Office Supervisor
Terry has been a licensed Chiropractic Assistant since 2000, working with three long standing Chiropractors stretching from Scarborough to Lewiston. Terry is trained in all areas of the office such as working the front desk, insurance billing, therapy, and assisting Dr. Dionne as needed. In 2018, Terry accepted the position as Office Supervisor and now manages the day to day operations at the office.
Melissa Cook
Licensed Chiropractic Assistant
Melissa has been in the field of Chiropractic care since 2005. She is an exuberant, hardworking, fast paced individual, whom is extremely dedicated to her career as a Chiropractic Assistant. Melissa aids with special projects and front of the office duties as well. Prior to becoming a Chiropractic Assistant, Melissa was involved in Attorney Recruitment. Melissa's experience as an income property owner has helped her acquire the skills needed to work well with patients.

Jamie Trafford
Licensed Chiropractic Assistant
Jamie brings 8-years of medical experience to Maine Chiropractic. Jamie has worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant, a Medical Secretary, and has handled medical insurance authorizations. Jamie is excited to be assisting Dr. Dionne with patient flow, exams, and performing therapies. Jamie understands the incredible benefits of chiropractic care and is looking forward to working with you.

Chiropractic Assistant and Laser Therapist
Becky has worked in healthcare for several years and previously worked as a certified nurse's assistant, specializing in geriatric and hospice care. Becky is eager to expand her knowledge in chiropractic care and connect with patients. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah has joined the Maine Chiropractic Health Clinic team with positivity and readiness to learn. Sarah is not a stranger to chiropractic as she has been a patient since 2012. Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is excited about her new career as a chiropractic assistant and looks forward to helping others.

Cordelia has joined the Maine Chiropractic team with excitement. She has experienced the benefits of chiropractic care first hand and looks forward to helping others. Cordelia has a son, Aiden, who keeps her busy. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Mae was working in retail management for a number of years and knew it was time for a change. Mae has always enjoyed alternative healing methods and loves how Chiropractic care can change people?s lives for the better. Naturally, she was excited when she saw an open position after coming to Maine Chiropractic as a patient. In her free time, Mae enjoys hiking, board games, and spending quality time with her loved ones and especially her dog, Charlie.

Celeste joins our team after staying home with her 2 year old son, Corey. Celeste loves to read and spend time with her family and friends. She comes to Maine Chiropractic eager to learn and fulfill her passion for helping people.
Kristen Phillips

Kristen joins the team with over 20-years of therapeutic massage experience. She works closely with the doctor to not only manage patients pain, but to live a healthier and happier life. While not at the office, she is busy with exploring and enjoying her daughter Sage.
